Their solutions are seen daily on the roads and contribute to a more sustainable society. We are now seeking an engaged and business-driven Service Advisor on their behalf. About the Role In this role, you will be the hub of workshop operations and develop a broad network of contacts. You are responsible for providing customers with a smooth and professional experience throughout the entire service process – from the first call to when the vehicle drives out again. The role includes coordinating workshop tasks, preparing quotes, ensuring spare parts supply, and driving upselling. You work closely with mechanics and technicians to maintain a high service level and optimize workflow. Your Main Responsibilities - Meet and guide customers in a professional and solution-oriented manner - Plan and coordinate service and repair assignments for the workshop - Create, send, and follow up on quotes for workshop work - Handle spare parts orders and sell spare parts and accessories over the counter - Ensure high customer satisfaction through careful follow-up - Prioritize and maintain structure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Your Profile Your Profile We are looking for someone driven by responsibility, organization, and good relationships. You have a business-minded approach, possess good technical understanding, and thrive in a role where you make your own decisions and solve problems along the way. Qualifications - Background in customer service, customer reception, or sales - Experience from the vehicle industry, workshop, or other technical operations - Good computer skills and experience working with administrative systems - Structured working approach with the ability to reprioritize as needed - Advantageous: Experience with Jeeves or similar business systems - Advantageous: Class C driving license
