You provide personal service from first contact to the last mile driven. We create long-term relationships with vehicle owners and make it secure, enjoyable, and easy along the way. The work involves daily contact with our customers, both in person and digitally, helping them with everything from technical advice, booking service appointments, maintenance, car care, repairs, and preparing cost estimates. The role also includes handling upselling, warranty inquiries, and invoicing. We also see that through your commitment, you contribute to developing our operations to achieve the best customer experience and efficiency. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in a similar role and experience working with daily customer contact. We believe you are curious about today's vehicles and their technology and find it easy to learn new computer systems. We would like to see that you are passionate about service and sales, and that you have a strong ability to organize daily work. Additional requirements for the position include holding a valid driver's license (B-class) and having good administrative skills. As a person, you have a strong drive and enjoy taking responsibility. You are open and communicate clearly. It is advantageous if you have a technical background in the automotive industry.
