About the Position: As a Service Technician, you will work independently or together with colleagues in the field installing ventilation systems primarily in industrial and construction projects. You will be based in Kiruna and responsible for planning and executing your work tasks efficiently and with quality awareness. We are looking for someone with practical skills and an interest in ventilation and installation work. You are a person who takes own initiative, has high drive, and wants to develop within the profession. At airteam, you get to work in a family-like team where teamwork, wellbeing, and quality are in focus. To succeed in this role, it is a plus if you have experience with ventilation installation or similar practical work, but we place great emphasis on your attitude and willingness to learn. You thrive with varied work where you encounter different challenges and work on both larger and smaller projects. We are looking for someone who has: - Experience with ventilation installation or other practical work within construction, installation, or industry (a plus). - A strong interest in developing within the ventilation industry. - A B-class driver's license. - Good collaboration skills and own initiative. - Good knowledge of Swedish or English.
