The Hospital Hotel at Gällivare Hospital is a small and pleasant workplace with a wonderful sense of community! What we're looking for We're looking for someone with strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, and a valid B driver's license. Experience in facilities management and reception work is a plus. We place great importance on personal qualities. To thrive in this role, you are self-directed and take responsibility for planning and carrying out your work tasks efficiently. You are organized, maintain good order, and can prioritize your work even when workload varies. The role involves many interactions with both colleagues and visitors, which requires you to be service-oriented and have a professional approach. You also have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive work environment by working well with colleagues and other departments. What you'll be working with Here you work both at the hospital hotel and with our staff accommodations. We work both at the hospital and outside the hospital area, as many of our accommodations are located outside the hospital grounds, and in these cases we use our service vehicle. At the workplace you rotate between different tasks. The position involves facilities management, bed changing, deep cleaning & preparing accommodations, breakfast handling, and inspecting accommodations after residents move out. For the right person, there is also the possibility of reception work. Contact with other units, both internal and external, as well as patients and family members is part of our daily tasks. Start date by agreement. Selection and interviews take place on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
