We work with facility cleaning services, meal services, customer service, and logistics services, where facility cleaning is our largest service area. We are responsible for ensuring that our services are performed with high efficiency and quality. We are looking for service workers, temporary hourly staff, who can step in and work when regular staff are sick or on leave in the Karlstad area. Since you will be working during absences and regular staff's time off, the hours and days will vary, but usually starting early in the morning. You may also be called on short notice. The work week is Monday–Friday. Your Responsibilities The work involves cleaning in various environments such as examination rooms, offices, and restrooms. We clean, among other places, health centers and public dental care facilities. We offer you stimulating work where your contribution is important to the operation and work team. A temporary position with us is a good start to your career as a service worker and an opportunity to develop further in your profession. Your Knowledge and Skills We are looking for someone with completed upper secondary education. Training in facility cleaning is a merit, but not required. Experience in professional facility cleaning is seen as an advantage, as is experience in cleaning or other service-oriented work. If you have experience in facility cleaning in a healthcare environment, that is an extra plus. You are flexible, service-oriented, and motivated by providing good service. You are comfortable working both independently and in a team. Since you will have frequent contact with colleagues, patients, and visitors, it is important that you can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. As travel may occur in the position, a Class B driver's license is required. Welcome with your application!
