Your Tasks Flexible All-Around Support – Plumbing & Relining We are now seeking a flexible, service-oriented, and practical team member for our client's operations in plumbing and relining. In this role, you will work as an "all-around specialist and extra resource" where your tasks vary based on the company's needs. One day you might work alongside plumbing technicians on a job site assisting with practical tasks, while the next day you could work on relining projects or support operations with materials, tools, and other project components. An important part of the role is recognizing what needs to be done and lending a hand where needed. For example, you might fetch and deliver tools, materials, and equipment, handle everything from pipes and fittings to other materials for projects, and ensure that technicians have the right conditions to work efficiently. You are also an important representative on job sites. Therefore, it is crucial that you are service-minded, friendly, and professional when interacting with customers, colleagues, and others you meet at work locations. You should contribute to a positive work environment and always maintain a helpful and solution-oriented approach. Examples of Tasks * Assist plumbing technicians on various projects * Fetch and deliver tools, materials, and equipment * Carry and handle everything from pipes and fittings to other project materials * Help with simple assembly and practical tasks * Work on various relining processes * Prepare materials and work sites for jobs * Ensure technicians and colleagues have the right materials and tools on site * Keep tools, materials, and work areas organized * Assist with loading and unloading * Serve as an extra resource on projects and help where needed * Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner * Perform other practical and service-oriented tasks that occur within the business * Access to company vehicle The position is based during daytime hours; on-call shifts may occur. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is flexible, hardworking, service-oriented, responsible, and practical. You should not be afraid to roll up your sleeves, carry materials, or tackle the work that needs to be done. It is important that you can work independently when required, but also function as a team player who works well with technicians and other colleagues. You don't need to know everything from the start – the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn are what matter most. Experience in plumbing, relining, construction, excavation, or similar fields is a plus, but we place great emphasis on personal suitability. For the right person, there are excellent opportunities to develop and learn more within the business. If you are eligible for employment subsidies, this is a significant advantage. A B-category driver's license is required.
