We are looking for servicemen for our depot in Luleå
We are expanding our team with 2-3 servicemen and are seeking someone who thrives in a varied role with the customer at the center. As part of the service department, you are responsible for ensuring that our customers receive reliable and well-maintained machines. The work involves receiving returned machines, huts, and other items from construction projects, performing service and repairs, and handling deliveries.
About the Role
Our mission is to make our customers' daily operations easier by providing them with functioning machines/materials and excellent service. As a serviceman, you have a very important and broad role in our operations. You are part of a team responsible for receiving returned construction and equipment machines and materials from our customers. You perform inspections, functionality checks, receive deliveries, wash and clean returned machines and materials. You will also have significant customer contact and support the sales department when needed. The work group you join helps each other with various tasks, so you can look forward to varied assignments as part of your daily work with us.

You are good at seeing what needs to be done and take your own initiative. You are an organized person who likes order and structure around you. Customer service comes naturally to you and it feels straightforward to deliver the best solution for the customer.
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
Good machine knowledge and a technical interest
General computer skills
At least a Class B driver's license. If you have a Class BE driver's license, that is advantageous.
