We are looking for a driven and engaged Service Manager – we are now expanding our team! With us, experience is in focus – whether it's a lively evening in the sports bar, à la carte dining, or other parts of our restaurant and bar operations. The sports bar is an important part of our offering, where guests gather to watch matches, socialize, and enjoy good food and drinks in an energetic atmosphere. At the same time, you will also work in other parts of the operation as needed. As a service manager with us, you get to work in a varied and dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You are involved in leading daily operations and ensuring that service, pace, and quality remain at a high level – regardless of where in the operation you are. In this role, you work closely with your colleagues and together you create a well-functioning service where the guest is always in focus. You are a present leader who supports the team in daily work, contributes to structure in operations, and helps build strong team spirit. The role includes work both in the sports bar and in our other restaurant and service areas. We are looking for you who: Have approximately 4–5 years of experience from restaurants or bars Speak fluent Swedish and have good English skills Thrive in a fast pace and can handle intensive periods Have experience leading staff in service Are a team player with good overview Have a genuine interest in service and people (sports interest is a merit) Merits: Experience from sports bars or similar environments Previous work as a head server or team leader Hotel/restaurant education Experience with booking systems and operations planning Interest in food and beverage We offer you: Employment form: Permanent position with 6-month probation according to HRF-Visita collective agreement Scope: 100% Start date: As soon as possible (interviews are ongoing) Working hours: Evenings and weekends, daytime hours may occur Workplace: Holiday Club Åre With us, you become part of a close-knit team in a vibrant environment with varying workdays and many different types of guest interactions.
