Is it you? Together we make a difference for the whole society. As a service manager, you have a key role in the department with a unifying function for daily operations. You are responsible for planning and executing maintenance projects for control systems. You have overall responsibility for project delivery and contribute to ensuring that our projects are completed with the right quality, cost, and schedule. The assignments include preventive and corrective maintenance of control systems as well as renewals of electrical facilities that encompass local networks to main grid. In this role, you get the opportunity to work in a free and varied environment where you combine technology, customer dialogue, and resource coordination. Examples of work tasks include: Plan and follow up time, resources, and budget in assignments Coordinate employees, contractors, and customers Responsible for procurement of materials and services Manage supplier contacts and technical specifications Develop implementation plans and documentation Report status and results before, during, and after assignments Follow up on budget, regulations, and documentation for invoicing Requirements Specification We're looking for you who is a confident and clear leader with the ability to work both independently and together with others. To succeed in this role, it's important that you can create structure and prioritize. You are communicative, thorough, and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders. We know that you will develop together with us. But we would like to see that you already have: Upper secondary education in electrical engineering or equivalent knowledge Experience in electrical power. Preferably in service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of control systems and associated high-voltage equipment Experience in project management or service management Good computer skills Very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English Class B driver's license It is advantageous if you also have: Engineering degree in electrical engineering Experience in technical project management for control systems and high-voltage facilities Additional Information We Offer After several decades in the energy industry, we know that our employees are our most important and valuable asset.
