Your new job – with the customer in focus As a Service Manager at Bravida, you have a central role where you are responsible for driving and developing our service business. The core of the assignment is to work closely with our customers – understanding their needs, being proactive, and building trusting relationships over time. You are a natural point of contact for the customer and enjoy taking initiative, following up, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that we always deliver with high quality and professionalism. In parallel with your customer responsibility, you lead the daily operations of our service electricians. You plan, allocate, and follow up on work while creating the conditions for the team to achieve its goals. The role also involves active leadership where you coach, support, and develop your employees through ongoing dialogue and employee conversations. The role largely involves: Your main responsibilities: Lead, plan, and allocate daily work within service operations Coach and develop service electricians in their professional role Conduct employee conversations and follow up on performance and development Be active in customer dialogue and build long-term relationships Identify new business opportunities and develop existing assignments Take responsibility for finances, quality, and follow-up in your projects Ensure professional delivery from start to finish Who are you? We are looking for someone who is driven by customer interaction and has a genuine interest in creating business through good relationships. You are confident, take initiative, and are not afraid to make contact, follow up, or propose solutions that create value for the customer. You have a good understanding of business and see the importance of being present, attentive, and professional in all interactions.
