We're now looking for a service coordinator for our assignment at Saab in Linköping. Caverion and Saab have an agreement regarding technical management, operations, and maintenance of properties nationwide. About the Role As a service coordinator, you are a central part of our delivery. You work closely with technicians, supervisors, and other coordinating functions, ensuring that the flow of work orders functions efficiently – from start to completion. You'll have a varied day-to-day experience with both planning, follow-up, and customer contact, where your structure and drive truly make a difference. Your Main Responsibilities Plan and distribute work orders to the operations team Handle incoming inquiries and follow up on ongoing assignments Ensure quality before invoicing through analysis and assessment Responsible for invoicing customers and tenants Participate in and lead coordination meetings with, for example, service managers Monitor the backlog and ensure that assignments are completed on time Contribute to development and improvement of working methods in the team You will work in multiple business and order systems and have customer contact.
