Scanvaegt Systems AB is expanding and is now seeking a structured and service-oriented service coordinator to be based at our service center in Jönköping.
In your role as service coordinator, you will be a support to the rest of the service organization. You will coordinate, allocate, and plan service assignments to the company's service technicians.
The role involves daily contact with customers and active dialogue with our service technicians to ensure we meet our customers' expectations.
An important task is to plan customer assignments so that travel and logistics for our technicians are optimized. You could compare it to a transportation coordinator, but it is our service operations and service assignments that need to be coordinated.
You have completed upper secondary education or equivalent, have a technical understanding with several years of similar work experience. You have good computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office, and can express yourself fluently in Swedish both verbally and in writing. Experience with business systems is a plus.
