At our rental station in Karlskoga, we are now looking for a service-oriented and responsible Car Rental Agent/Vehicle Care Specialist on a full-time basis, who wants to be part of an exciting day-to-day where no two days are the same.
About the Role
As a Car Rental Agent/Vehicle Care Specialist with us, you play a central role in the customer's overall experience – from first contact and vehicle handover to return. Your assignment is to create a smooth, secure, and positive rental process where both the customer and the vehicle are in focus. In this role, you will also help establish our presence at a station that was previously unmanned, while being part of a station cluster and working closely with colleagues at our stations in Arboga and Mora.
You will help customers through their car rental experience, such as:
Handling bookings and customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Car rental and preparation of rental agreements
Cleaning, preparing, and quality-checking vehicles and handling minor damage claims
Vehicle delivery & daily planning of the station's available fleet

A requirement for the position is a B driver's license and you must be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Furthermore, we believe you are an administrative star with a talent for learning new systems.
