We are now recruiting several customer-focused Car Rental Agents/Vehicle Attendants (CSR/Hiker) to our rental stations in Gothenburg (Landvetter Airport & Central Station) who want to contribute to a smooth and memorable customer experience – every single day. We're looking for someone who wants to work full-time starting immediately, but also someone who wants to work extra shifts as needed. Working hours vary throughout the week between 06:00–23:00, as flexibility is essential to meet our customers' needs. About the Role As a Car Rental Agent/Vehicle Attendant, you play a central role in the customer's overall experience, from first contact to car return. Your mission is to create a safe, smooth, and positive rental process where both service and quality are the focus. You will help customers through their car rental, such as: - Handling bookings and customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person - Renting out cars and preparing rental agreements - Cleaning, preparing, and quality-checking vehicles, and handling minor damage issues - Vehicle delivery & daily planning of the station's available fleet Are You Our Next Service Star? Perhaps you've previously worked in service, sales, hospitality, restaurants, retail, or transport. A requirement for the position is a valid driver's license (category B) and fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
