About the Position During your workdays, you will work varied tasks including service, installations, and preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems within a diverse and challenging property portfolio serving our commercial customers such as Hushagen and Jernhusen. In this role, you are expected to be locally responsible for regulatory compliance according to the company's self-inspection program. You evaluate situations that arise, report any deviations with improvement and action proposals, and perform the work. You will participate in smaller projects related to electrical installations, which also include quotation work. You will also be responsible for the maintenance and oversight of electrical systems in accordance with our customer agreements. You will be an important part of a small team of specialists based in Borlänge and will have the opportunity to collaborate with other technical areas, such as ventilation, heating, and energy. As a team, we believe in close collaboration, so when needed you will support our Property and Operations Technicians. The role is mobile and involves everything from simple installations such as wall outlets, switches, and light fixtures, to installation of fan motors, dampers, control devices, pumps, etc. Qualifications Approved electrician training with AL certification At least 3 years of experience as a service electrician Experience reading electrical diagrams and troubleshooting independently Very strong ability to communicate with customers and colleagues Excellent command of Swedish, both spoken and written Very good computer skills and administrative ability, as all reporting is done digitally via handheld device B-class driver's license is required Meritorious Experience working with property operations Experience in service & maintenance in other technical areas About You To be able to solve varied types of tasks, your problem-solving ability is essential.
