About the Position As Service Manager, you have overall responsibility for the daily operations of the facility as well as the workshop's economy, results, and development. You lead and coach employees in daily work and actively work to create an efficient, profitable, and pleasant operation. Currently, the team consists of 5 mechanics, 1 workshop foreman, 1 service advisor, 1 parts personnel, and 1 administrator. An important part of the role is to further develop work methods and routines and ensure that the team has the right conditions to succeed. You will also participate in customer dialogues and help maintain a high level of service and strong customer relationships. This is a role for someone who enjoys leading people, making decisions, and creating results through others. Being a Manager at Norrlands Bil We know that leadership requires both support and freedom. You'll also become part of our management team with seven service managers who regularly share experiences and support each other. You're comfortable with administrative tasks, have good computer skills, and a genuine interest in technology. A class B driver's license is required. As a person, you're a role model who builds trust through clear and present leadership. You listen, create engagement, and help people grow. At the same time, you're responsible, solution-oriented, and motivated by developing both the operation and your employees. Experience from the vehicle industry or similar operations is a merit. A class C driver's license is also a plus.
