As Service Manager, you will have overall responsibility for planning, coordinating, and developing the service organization. You lead a team of technicians and ensure that installations, service assignments, and troubleshooting are completed with high quality and efficiency.
Your work tasks include:
Personnel responsibility for service and field technicians
Planning and coordination of daily assignments and resource allocation
Operative support with technical questions and problem-solving
Customer contact for assignments, follow-ups, and warranty matters
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has both technical competence and confident leadership skills. You motivate, coach, and create clarity for your technicians – while having an understanding of complex energy systems.
We believe that you have:
Experience working with batteries, solar cells, inverters, or related technical areas
Strong problem-solving abilities and a structured working approach
Good communication skills and experience with customer contact
Good Swedish and English in speech and writing
Meritorious: technical education in electrical, energy, or similar (e.g., electrical safety certification)
