Emil Lundgren AB is seeking a Service Manager / Business Manager Service for our business unit in Stockholm. You will be responsible for budget and results for our service department consisting of 15 employees. Your primary task is to generate business, provide your team members with projects, and monitor financials/profitability. Your team members are engaged, competent, and proud to work at Emil Lundgren, which has been active in the electrical industry for over 100 years. We provide service for electrical and telecommunications installations in Stockholm / Mälardalen including: shopping centers, stores, rental properties, smaller industries, KNX installations, design/installation of fiber and data networks, and design/installation of access/burglar alarm systems.
Your responsibilities
You will spend a significant portion of your time on sales/customer engagement, negotiations, signing long-term binding service agreements, and providing your team members with service assignments.
Lead, motivate, and develop approximately 15 employees consisting of project managers, lead technicians, and electricians (with various specialist skills). Support is provided by an administrator and business controller. In some cases, you will manage your own service projects.
Carefully monitor that ongoing projects maintain schedules and finances according to plan and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsible for quality, environmental, and workplace safety matters.
Report to the business unit manager and participate in the Stockholm business unit's management team. Office location is in Bergshamra (Solna).
Your background/personality
You are an entrepreneur driven by goals and results.
Have worked in service with a leadership role and personnel responsibility, and are trained in electrical work.
Your clear leadership and commitment have made you successful both with customers and with your team members.
Experience in budgeting and negotiations. For you, a deal is only complete when a service agreement is signed.
Good computer skills.
You are business-minded, communicative, structured, service-oriented, responsive, and social.
