About the Job In Vetlanda, an experienced team of vehicle technicians and service advisors work together with colleagues in car sales. As a Service Manager, you'll play a central role in developing both people and operations, with customer satisfaction and coaching-based leadership at the forefront.
Together with the team, you create a safe and welcoming customer experience where every customer receives professional help with their vehicle. A large part of the day-to-day work involves coaching and developing employees, as well as monitoring and driving the department's customer satisfaction and KPIs.
You are responsible for the daily service and workshop operations and also participate actively in service advisory and inventory management. The role involves your own budget, results, and personnel responsibility, and you report to the facility's site manager.
Your responsibilities include: 🏎️ Streamline costs, monitor key metrics, and optimize profitability 🏎️ Ensure customer and employee satisfaction 🏎️ Ensure Holmgrens Bil's concept, implement centrally made decisions, and collaborate with our central business support units.
Holmgrens Bil in Vetlanda is an authorized workshop for the brands Hyundai, BMW, MINI, Nissan, Ford, and MG.
About You Coaching and present leadership is a natural part of your management style. You create engagement, develop your employees, and lead the business professionally, with care for both customers and colleagues.
