Service Manager for Cleaning and Kitchen

At our factory in Södertälje, we are now looking for a meticulous and service-oriented employee with responsibility for cleaning, organizing common areas, and managing the kitchen and staff facilities. The role involves creating a pleasant, clean, and well-functioning work environment for our employees and visitors. You work independently with clear routines, but also maintain close contact with the organization to ensure that facilities and common areas maintain a high standard. Responsibilities Responsible for daily cleaning of offices, staff areas, changing rooms, restrooms, and other common areas. Manage the kitchen, break room, and meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean, well-stocked, and presentable. Handle dishwashing, coffee machines, consumables, and simple orders related to kitchen and cleaning. Manage cleaning of workshop and production areas. Monitor the need for cleaning materials, hygiene products, and other supplies. Contribute to order, comfort, and a good work environment in the company's facilities. Report faults, deficiencies, or areas for improvement in facilities and common areas. When needed, assist with internal meetings, visits, and events. We are looking for someone who Is meticulous, reliable, and takes personal responsibility for completing work with high quality. Has a sense of order, service, and attention to detail in the daily work environment. Enjoys practical work and can plan your workday in a structured way. Has a positive demeanor and good collaboration skills. Has experience with cleaning, facility maintenance, kitchen management, or similar service work. Key Competencies Experience in cleaning, facility care, and management of common areas. Ability to work independently and follow agreed-upon routines. Basic knowledge of hygiene, cleaning methods, and handling of consumables. Swedish spoken and written is an asset for understanding routines and safety information. Experience with simple purchasing or ordering of consumables.
