With this foundation, the service technician responsible for customers' turbines plays an important role on the front line of our service agreements. In this role, you will work in an exciting industry within a team of dedicated colleagues. We are currently seeking a service technician for Fredrika who will join the service team responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, and maintaining wind turbines in the area. We are looking for someone with a team-oriented approach who enjoys working in teams. Responsibilities The position requires high standards of accuracy and professionalism as we are extremely committed to performing our service work with the highest safety and quality standards. To effectively carry out the work tasks, we believe you are a person with solid knowledge in electrical or mechanical systems, who is service-oriented and business-minded. Your work tasks will include: Maintenance and troubleshooting of wind turbines in accordance with service agreements Customer contact with owners regarding upcoming service and clear reporting of completed work Responsibility for and management of the service vehicle including its inventory Daily reporting and registration in our business system Salesforce (SAP) Qualifications Relevant experience or training in electrical or mechanical systems, as well as interest in deepening knowledge within these areas and especially electronics Good general computer skills Good knowledge of both Swedish and English (company language) in speaking and writing Good general computer skills Class B driver's license (without restrictions) Previous experience as a Service Technician Skills You are service-oriented, have strong collaboration skills, and can easily communicate with other parts of the organization You have the ability to find solutions, are goal-oriented, and have a structured work style You are capable of performing work tasks independently and showing initiative You have a strong safety mindset Since work is performed at heights, good physical fitness is required The position involves travel with overnight stays for various training programs as well as assistance in other areas.
