We are now seeking a Service & Support Technician for our operations in Malå. Based in Malå, you will work daily with customers, resellers, and colleagues from around the world. Here you get to combine technology, problem-solving, and customer contact in a role with great responsibility and international touchpoints. About the Role This is not a traditional service technician role. You will become a key person in our global service operations where you coordinate service cases, maintain customer dialogue, and personally work on troubleshooting, testing, and repair of our products. The work takes place in close collaboration with colleagues in production, development, and support – both in Sweden and internationally. Your Main Responsibilities • Coordinate and follow up on service and repair cases • Troubleshoot, test, and repair products and systems • Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers and resellers around the world • Ensure that lead times and customer commitments are met • Contribute to improvements in working methods and processes Who Are You We are looking for someone who likes taking responsibility, solving problems, and making things happen.
