Pepa Deli is a relaxed and modern restaurant concept. Our guests are greeted with good food, a wonderful atmosphere, and a service flow where simplicity, warmth, and quality are at the center.
About the Position
As service staff with us, you are an important part of the guest experience. Pepa Deli operates with a fast-casual concept where guests order and pay at the bar, but where service, presence, and guest interaction are still very important parts of the experience.
Your role is to welcome guests, guide them through our concept and menu, assist with orders, serve drinks, keep the restaurant clean and organized, and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
Your responsibilities include:
welcoming guests with warmth, energy, and professionalism
explaining our concept and helping guests with their orders
taking orders and processing payments at the register
serving drinks and helping with simple bar tasks
recommending food, beverages, and suitable pairings
ensuring guests feel acknowledged even after ordering
keeping the dining area, bar, stations, and outdoor seating clean and organized
cleaning dishes, wiping tables, and preparing for new guests
working closely with the kitchen, bar, and other colleagues
contributing to smooth service flow even during busy times
We are looking for someone who:
is social, positive, and confident when interacting with people
enjoyed service and wants to give guests a great experience
is responsible, thorough, and solution-oriented
thrives in a fast pace and can stay calm under pressure
works well and communicates easily with colleagues
is flexible and sees what needs to be done
has an interest in food, beverages, and restaurant environments
preferably has prior experience in restaurants, cafés, bars, or service
Previous experience in serving, cashier work, or bar service is a plus, but the right personality, willingness to learn, and a strong guest focus are equally important.
