We are growing and now need to strengthen our team in Stockholm with a Service Manager! For our mid-sized customer operations in Stockholm, we at ISS are looking for a service-oriented and committed Service Manager who wants to develop people and customers' operations. We offer you a challenging role in a company and industry in constant development! About the role We are looking for you to work with a large government security-classified customer. You will have overall responsibility for approximately 10 locations with varying services such as operations manager, caretaker, mail & goods, receptionists & facilities management. As Service Manager, you will have financial and personnel responsibility for your operations area. In your role as Service Manager, you are further responsible for local customer relationships and ensuring that work is conducted in accordance with current customer agreements. In collaboration with the customer, you strive for continuous improvement and development of ISS delivery. Through your strong leadership, you are expected to create conditions for your employees to develop and perform. As Service Manager, you have direct responsibility for 50 employees, including 2 operations managers. You lead the business toward set goals in close collaboration with the customer, employees, and your immediate supervisor. You are responsible for ensuring the business is optimally sized and staffed. Additionally, you are not hesitant to step into daily operations yourself to support your employees when needed. Ensuring that work is conducted in compliance with laws and other agreements as well as ISS policies and values is a given for you. Your base is out at the sites, and you participate in the regional management group together with 7 other Service Managers. The position is full-time and permanent employment with start as soon as possible, with an initial six-month probation period. Since this is a customer with high security classification, there are requirements for sound finances and criminal record checks. This will involve multiple security interviews and background checks for employment. You are self-driven and motivated by continuously developing and structuring existing operations, while valuing efficient processes, high quality, and customer satisfaction. Above all, you also share our passion for delivering service to ISS customers! Since the work involves many personal contacts both within and outside the organization, strong collaboration skills and an interest in people are required. You also have a strong ability to build trust and develop long-term relationships. You have a high school education and experience in leadership, finance, personnel, and customer relations. You preferably have experience from a labor-intensive service industry and communicate very well in Swedish both verbally and in writing, and speak English well. You also have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other common IT environments. A driver's license is a requirement for the position. Previous experience in facilities management, service, and other Facility Management services is a merit. Your application We hope we've sparked your interest!
