About the role As Service Manager, you will have overall responsibility for BK Tech's service and aftermarket operations. You will lead daily operations while driving the development of the service business to create increased customer value, long-term customer relationships, and a growing share of recurring revenue. The role is part of the management team of the company where the position is located and reports initially to the responsible Managing Director. The organizational structure will develop as the company continues to grow. Your main areas of responsibility: Lead, develop, and coach the company's service organization and have personnel responsibility for the department. Responsible for planning, resource allocation, and execution of service assignments. Ensure high quality, safety, and customer satisfaction in all service deliveries. Responsible for technical support, warranty issues, and complaints. Develop and improve the company's service agreements and aftermarket offerings. Develop the spare parts business and ensure an efficient inventory strategy. Drive the development of digital service offerings, remote support, and preventive maintenance. Responsible for budget, results, and monitoring of the operation's key metrics. Develop the service organization's working methods, processes, and KPIs to create an efficient and scalable operation. Ensure high availability of customer facilities through a structured and preventive approach. Work closely with sales, projects, engineering, and production to ensure efficient handover, high facility availability, and long-term customer value throughout the facility's lifecycle. Contribute to the development of the company's service delivery in both traditional service operations and Energy-as-a-Service. We are looking for you as You have several years of experience leading a technical service or aftermarket organization and thrive in a role where you combine operational leadership with strategic development. We believe you have: Documented experience in personnel management. Technical education or equivalent documented experience from industrial service or aftermarket. Experience with service, aftermarket, or technical support within industry. Good understanding of business acumen, customer relationships, and profitability management. Experience with budget, results, and KPI monitoring. Ability to create structure, develop processes, and drive change initiatives. Good communication skills in Swedish and English. Experience from the energy, process, manufacturing, or engineering industry is a plus, as is experience with advanced technical facilities.
