Service & Customer Support Representative at Reel Diving
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes responsibility, and wants to learn new things.
With us, you'll work through the entire process from when a customer contacts us with a problem until the equipment is repaired and back with the customer. This means customer contact, problem-solving, administration, and hands-on service work.
You don't need to know how to repair diving equipment today. We can teach you that.
What we're mainly looking for is harder to teach: that you're good with people, communicate clearly, and enjoy getting things to work.
The Job
A large part of the role involves contact with our customers.
When someone sends equipment to us, the customer should know that we've received it, what's happening, roughly how long it will take, and when the work will be done.
You'll track the case in our business system, ensure the information is correct, and answer questions via email and phone.
Good service means to us that we're clear about what applies, keep what we promise, and communicate when something changes—not that the customer always gets what they want.
In parallel, you'll learn to service and repair diving equipment together with our more experienced technicians.
Who Are We Looking For?
We're mainly looking for the right person, not the right CV.
You enjoy talking with people and have an easy time expressing yourself clearly. You're friendly and helpful, but at the same time comfortable setting boundaries and explaining what applies.
You like order and structure. An unanswered email, a service case that no one has followed up on, or a customer waiting for an update should bother you a bit.
You're curious and want to learn. When you encounter something you can't do, your first reaction is to try to understand it, not to avoid it.
You also need to be hands-on and curious about how things work, but we don't expect you to already know our craft.
You need to communicate well in Swedish and English and feel comfortable with computers and digital systems.
Reel Diving
Reel Diving is a relatively small company, which means there's a short distance from idea to action. We work with customers throughout Europe, from dive shops and instructors to professional and military divers.
For the right person, there's a lot to learn and plenty of opportunities to develop. We're not looking for someone who already knows everything; we're looking for someone who wants to learn a lot, take responsibility, and grow with us.
