About the role
At Quality Hotel Winn Haninge, breakfast is something we're really proud of, and now we need to strengthen our great team. You'll set up and run breakfast, from preparing the buffet in the kitchen to welcoming guests with a smile. In addition to breakfast, you'll also help prepare morning and afternoon refreshments for our conference guests, so the day contains more variety than you might think! You'll also be involved in ordering groceries, so an eye for what's needed and a sense of organization are valuable.
Many shifts you'll work independently, so the ability to take responsibility and maintain quality is important. But you're never truly alone—you're always part of a team that supports each other. When needed, you'll also help with restaurant service.
This position is 100% with a 6-month trial period.
We're looking for you if you
Are a morning person and can start as early as 05:00 or 06:00
Can independently open and run a breakfast buffet
Have experience with hot kitchen work and breakfast service
Speak and write Swedish fluently
Can work both weekdays and weekends
Can get to work early in the morning by car or public transportation
Have a good sense of humor and love giving guests a great start to their day
