About the Role
As an SEO Specialist at Rank, you will play a central role in driving and developing our clients' digital presence. Your main focus will be SEO and WordPress, where you will work to strengthen clients' organic visibility and develop their websites.
This is an opportunity to come in at an early stage and influence how we work, develop our methods, and shape the digital agency of the future. You will work closely with the company's founders and have great opportunities to influence both your own growth and the company's continued development. For the right person, there is also potential to take on a leadership role within our marketing team in the long term. Your Main Responsibilities
Work continuously with SEO to increase clients' organic visibility on Google
Build, develop, and maintain websites in WordPress
Analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations
Send regular reports with analysis, results, and suggested actions
Participate in client meetings and present insights, results, and strategic recommendations
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the best possible results for our clients

We are Looking for You if You
Have strong experience with SEO
Have strong experience with WordPress
Understand how landing pages, structure, and user experience affect conversions
Have an analytical approach and enjoy working data-driven
Are confident in client communication and can clearly explain results and recommendations
Have basic knowledge of web hosting
Are organized, self-directed, and take responsibility for your projects
Have a curious, solution-oriented, and humble attitude
Speak and write fluent Swedish and English
You have at least one year of professional SEO experience. If you have previously worked at a media agency, that is a plus. Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads is also a plus, but not required.
