You are responsible for ensuring stable operations, good code quality, and sustainable technical development over the long term. The work involves: Driving development forward and contributing to technical decisions Ensuring structure and quality in management and lifecycle management Working closely with the business to translate needs into solutions Taking natural technical leadership and sharing your knowledge Your Knowledge and Competencies We Are Looking for Someone Who Has an academic degree in IT or equivalent professional experience deemed equivalent. We place great emphasis on relevant professional experience. Has several years of experience as a .NET developer and is comfortable working in a Microsoft-based environment. Has very good knowledge of .NET (C#) Has good knowledge of SQL Server. It is advantageous if you have experience with Azure DevOps, Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate), and PowerShell. To succeed in the role, we see that you are organized and analytical, and enjoy working together with others in a team. You take responsibility for your work, drive tasks forward, and have the ability to prioritize between management and development in a complex environment.
