Senior Web Developer at Quest Consulting

Assignment Description In this role, you will take on a central technical position where you are responsible for frontend solutions with complex data flows. You will work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and other business resources to translate requirements into high-quality code. Your main responsibilities: Frontend Development: Develop and enhance frontend solutions for web applications with a focus on usability, performance, and accessibility. Integrations & APIs: Integrate frontend solutions with underlying services and APIs in environments with complex data flows. Design & Collaboration: Translate design and functional requirements into technical solutions in close collaboration with UX/UI and backend teams. Testing & Quality: Write, maintain, and enhance automated tests (e.g., E2E testing) and manage debugging and performance improvements. Methodology & Standards: Participate in requirements analysis, technical planning, code reviews, documentation, and ensure compliance with WCAG and security guidelines. Mandatory Requirements At least 10 years of documented web development experience. At least 8 years of documented web development experience with Angular and TypeScript. Documented experience with end-to-end testing using tools such as Cypress or equivalent. Documented experience independently taking technical responsibility for frontend solutions (needs analysis, technical solutions, and decisions). Documented experience with web accessibility according to WCAG. Documented experience with frontend development in solutions with complex data flows and integrations. Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and strong ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Meritorious Requirements Experience developing, structuring, and enhancing design systems for larger web applications. Experience with UX/UI work, such as user flows and interaction design. Experience in pedagogically communicating and explaining technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in knowledge sharing and coaching other developers (code reviews, technical mentoring, etc.). About the Assignment & Practical Information Start Date: 2026-11-02 (or as soon as possible after approved background check). End Date: 2027-11-02 (with option for extension).
