Right now, we are developing next-generation private cloud platform based on VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), while establishing an AI workshop for both internal and external use. About the Position We are now seeking a senior virtualization expert who wants to design, build, and further develop a platform that makes a real difference for the public sector. You will become part of the Swedish Tax Agency's Technical Services Department (STT) with approximately 500 employees. You will join a specialist team within servers, virtualization, and storage that is responsible for our platforms. In this role, you will work closely with the platform's core and gain an important position in driving technical development forward. Design, implementation, and further development of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Build and further develop our private cloud platform for multi-tenant delivery Drive automation and standardization of platform services Collaborate closely with other technical areas (storage, networking, security, backup, and platform) Contribute to architecture, technical decisions, and long-term development We offer very good vacation and occupational pension terms, as well as benefits for parents. It is also desirable if you have experience with networking, container technology, and Infrastructure as Code, as well as Disaster Recovery and resiliency design. Good to Know The employment is permanent and may begin with a six-month trial period. Employment with us may involve placement in a security clearance.
