Right now we're developing the next generation of private cloud platform based on VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), while also establishing an AI workshop for both internal and external use. About the Position We're now looking for a senior virtualization expert who wants to help design, build, and further develop a platform that makes a real difference for the public sector. You'll be part of the Swedish Tax Agency's Technical Services division (STT) with approximately 500 employees. You'll be part of a specialist team within servers, virtualization, and storage that manages our platforms. In this role, you'll work close to the platform's core and have an important position in driving technical development forward. Design, implementation, and further development of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Build and develop our private cloud platform for multi-tenant delivery Drive automation and standardization of platform services Collaborate closely with other technical areas (storage, networking, security, backup, and platform) Contribute to architecture, technical decisions, and long-term development We offer excellent vacation and occupational pension terms as well as benefits for parents. It is also desirable if you have experience with networking, container technology, Infrastructure as Code, as well as Disaster Recovery and resiliency design.
