ValueOne is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Developer / Logistics Project Manager for a client in Stockholm County ValueOne is looking for a senior supply chain developer and logistics project manager for one of our major clients in Stockholm for an interim consulting assignment. The client is currently driving several strategic initiatives to develop and optimize the flow of goods throughout the entire supply chain, from supplier to end customer. The assignment starts as soon as possible, is full-time and runs until 28/2. ValueOne specializes in supply chain management, procurement, and logistics. We offer our clients services within three business areas: recruitment of procurement and logistics consultants, recruitment of buyers and logistics professionals, and Management Consulting where ValueOne develops our clients' procurement, logistics, and supply chain regarding strategy, model, method, process, organization, and competence. About the Role As a senior supply chain developer, you will drive development and improvement initiatives within the logistics area with a focus on capacity, flow optimization, cost efficiency, and future logistics solutions. You will lead major cross-functional projects throughout the chain and represent the logistics organization in forums where decisions are made. The role includes, among other things Lead major cross-functional development projects across the entire logistics chain, from supplier to end customer Analyze flows, capacity, and logistics conditions and prepare decision-making materials for future solutions Represent the logistics organization in steering committees, program forums, and other relevant management forums Independently lead commercial projects and procurements within logistics and transportation Identify improvement potential within processes, goods flows, structure, and capacity and translate these into concrete activities and results Ensure progress, risk management, follow-up, and goal achievement in assigned projects Contribute analysis, methodology, and structure to the organization's ongoing development work Expected Deliverables You are expected to deliver, among other things Decision-making materials for strategic logistics initiatives as well as project plans, business cases, and implementation strategies Recommendations for optimization of goods flows and capacity utilization Materials for investments, procurements, and change initiatives Documented project follow-up and reporting to steering committee and management Implemented improvements with measurable impact on cost, service level, efficiency, or capacity Experience and Competence We are looking for someone with at least five to ten years of experience in project management within logistics, supply chain, production, or industry. You have led complex cross-functional projects previously and have a very good understanding of logistics flows and supply chain management. You are analytically strong, have good financial understanding, and are used to preparing decision-making materials for management and steering committees. We would like to see that you have worked in high-volume and transaction-intensive operations where the flow of goods is business-critical. As a person, you are results-oriented and driven, structured in your approach, and strong in change management and implementation. You are communicative and can present complex issues in an educational manner, while building good relationships with both operational and strategic stakeholders.
