We are seeking a senior analyst who wants to lead and coordinate complex investigations, government assignments, and other prioritized projects in an organization with major societal responsibility.
About the Position
As an analyst with us, you support managers and operations in investigation and analysis matters. You work both independently and in close collaboration with other analysts, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams that develop and manage our digital services.
The role involves particular responsibility for initiating, leading, and implementing government assignments and other prioritized projects, from planning through coordination, preparation, and final delivery.
You lead investigations from start to finish, produce reports, response statements, decision-making materials, and analyses, and coordinate internal and external matters and meetings. You provide qualified support to operations by ensuring high quality in language, analysis, and structure, and serve as a resource in matters where knowledge of Government Offices processes and requirements is important.
About the Unit
Within the Assignments unit, analysts work with government assignments, investigations, and consultations. The Assignments unit is part of the Medicines Department, which is responsible for some of Sweden's most critical digital services for safe and efficient medicines management. Here we develop and manage national e-health services for healthcare, pharmacies, and residents, including: National Medicines List, Medicines Check, Pharmacological Analysis, Prescription Check.
The department works toward good user experience, high availability, and sustainably designed digital solutions.
About You
You are analytical, well-organized, and able to drive complex matters forward where multiple perspectives need to be balanced. You build trusting collaborations, navigate well between different interests, and communicate clearly with both experts and other stakeholders. You are confident, unpretentious, and professional in interactions with others. You have strong ability to build engagement and coordinate work between different actors to ensure progress and results.
We are seeking someone with:
- relevant academic education in, for example, social sciences, law, political science, economics, or other education that the employer deems equivalent
- at least five years of professional experience independently planning, leading, and conducting qualified investigations, analyses, development, and coordination projects within a government agency, region, or municipality
- professional experience in project management and change management
- professional experience leading or coordinating complex cross-organizational projects with multiple stakeholders
- professional experience producing reports, decision-making materials, memoranda, and presentations of high quality, and supporting managers and operations in complex matters
- very strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish
It is advantageous for the position if you have:
- professional experience from the healthcare sector
- professional experience with governance, monitoring, and decision-making processes within government operations
- professional experience project-leading digital development or change projects
- professional experience working according to agile methods and frameworks, such as SAFe
