Now we're hiring Professionals Nord is seeking, in collaboration with Estrella, a maintenance technician with experience from the industry and continuous production. This is a direct recruitment, meaning the recruitment process is handled by Professionals Nord but you will be employed directly by Estrella. As a maintenance technician, you will work a rotating 5-shift schedule that includes day, evening, and night shifts. What you will do As a maintenance technician at Estrella, no two days are the same. With your automation knowledge, you will perform continuous maintenance on production equipment, manufacture parts and equipment as needed, perform preventive maintenance, and report completed work according to procedures. You will also ensure the function of the building and its subsystems, such as ventilation and boiler. Further, you will participate in improvement work, ensure that drawings and documentation are kept updated when changes are made, and conduct root cause analyses when breakdowns occur. Other examples of work tasks will include: Planning future work and maintaining contact with suppliers Participating in development projects as the maintenance department's representative Training production staff in equipment handling Ensuring order and organization are maintained within the maintenance department's areas Actively evaluating workplace environment aspects on equipment and working for positive development in the workplace environment area We are looking for someone who Has secondary/vocational/university education in maintenance Has work experience in maintenance work within industry Has very good knowledge of both mechanics and automation Has good computer skills and very good knowledge of Office programs Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written Has basic knowledge of English Has good technical understanding and great interest in technology Previous experience in the food industry is a plus, but not required.
