HRX Sverige AB, an independent and family-owned company specializing in express transportation of international packages and piece goods shipments, is now seeking a senior sales representative for our sales department. We offer freight transportation primarily throughout the Baltic region, Finland, Poland, Sweden, Denmark, and Germany. About the Role As a senior sales representative at HRX Sverige AB, you are responsible for new business and upselling of the company's complete transportation solutions. You work independently with a defined customer portfolio and maintain ongoing contact with customers, suppliers, and our offices in other countries. We are looking for someone with enough experience to quickly get up to speed and who wants to contribute to achieving the company's ambitious goals. Responsibilities Work toward individual sales targets and contribute to the team's collective budget goals Manage a defined customer portfolio with full customer ownership Handle quotations, negotiations, and agreements within given authority limits Ensure credit control Contribute to customer implementations in collaboration with the operations team Provide pricing information and advice via phone and email Manage follow-up and relationship maintenance Work in the CRM system and report sales activities on an ongoing basis Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales within transport and logistics Documented experience in B2B sales and negotiation Experience independently managing and owning a customer portfolio Meticulous, organized, and results-oriented Strong ability to build and maintain business relationships Good knowledge of Office 365 and digital tools Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written Application Send your application to [email protected] For questions about the position, contact Ronnie Steinholtz, Sales Manager, at [email protected].
