About the role
EEC is growing and expanding our position as a market player among cabinet and automation builders, industry, energy companies, and their subcontractors, aiming to become the first choice for customers with high demands who value long-term relationships. We're looking for someone who wants to be more than a salesperson: someone who listens to what the market actually needs and helps us shape the next steps based on that.
As a key person in our sales team, you'll take ownership of a customer segment or product area, build relationships in depth, and contribute directly to our growth journey.
What you will do
• Drive business from first contact to order and further development within priority segments: cabinet builders, energy companies, wholesalers, and industry
• Build and maintain a pipeline, and work in a structured and transparent way in CRM
• Provide technical guidance to customers regarding product selection, compatible alternatives, and solutions
• Take responsibility for a customer segment, product area, and/or supplier relationships
• Identify new business and product opportunities and contribute input to purchasing and assortment development
• Contribute to internal and external training and share knowledge with colleagues
• Work closely with sales manager, CEO, purchasing, and warehouse in a smaller, entrepreneurial company
• Travel to customers a large part of your working time, approximately 3–4 days/week on-site with customers
Who we think you are
We're not looking for the loudest salesperson, but for someone who creates activity on their own initiative without losing structure. You have:
• Technical credibility and business acumen – you understand the customer's reality, margins, timing, and relationships over time
• Self-driven approach without reactivity – you act with purpose, not haphazardly
• Structured follow-up and knowledge-sharing behavior – you build teams, not personal fiefdoms
• Lack of ego – you see the whole picture: customer, warehouse, purchasing, delivery, margin, and relationship
Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in technical B2B sales
• Experience from electrical, automation, industry, energy, wholesale, or technical distribution
• Experience selling to technical customers and understanding of component-, project-, or solution-oriented sales
• Documented ability to build long-term customer relationships
• Experience with quotes, follow-up, and commercial dialogue
• Good understanding of margins and profitability
• CRM experience
• Swedish and English at professional level
Strong merits
• Existing network within cabinet builders, automation, energy, or industry
• Experience with supplier and/or product responsibility
• Experience from companies in growth phase
• Understanding of ISO 9001/14001/45001, sustainability requirements, and documentation requirements
• Openness to and curiosity about using AI tools in sales and customer work, e.g., CRM automation, quote support, and data analysis
Technical areas you will encounter
Including high-voltage components, AMS (working with voltage), distribution and installation materials for switchboards and substations, grounding, cabinet accessories, personal protective equipment (PPE), and measuring instruments for current, voltage, and partial discharge (PD).
This role is not for you if you
• Are a pure order taker or "order picker"
• Prefer working as a lone wolf
• Only chase price and volume
• Require ready-made structures before you act
• Keep customer or product knowledge to yourself
What you get from us
• Fixed monthly salary
• Company car
• Wellness allowance
• Massage
• Occupational pension
• Short path to decisions and significant room to influence in a smaller, entrepreneurial company
• Work location: Kungsbacka (based at own warehouse/office)
• Employment type: Permanent, full-time
• Reports to: Sales Manager (Nathalie Spiric), with close collaboration with CEO
