We are now seeking a Senior Technical Facilities Manager for a major energy company where you'll have the opportunity to work in a technically complex environment. About the Role As Senior Technical Facilities Manager, you are responsible for operational management and technical facilities administration within your assigned area. This includes properties, installations, and office environments. You will be an important part of the organization and will help support the existing facilities management function. The role is broad and combines technical property management, vendor management, finance, improvement work, and project-like assignments. You will be part of the Real Estate & Facility Management (RE&FM) organization. It is an environment where technical expertise, sustainability, and high quality in daily operations are in focus. You will have many contact points and will collaborate with internal operations, property owners, and external operations contractors. A key part of the role is ensuring deliveries are made according to contracts, budgets, established KPIs, and quality objectives. You will work most of the time from the office in Arenastaden, Solna, but may also need to support operations at other locations within the region. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: Manage daily operations of properties and technical systems. Monitor deliveries, costs, and quality within your area of responsibility. Work with operational budgets and cost tracking together with vendors. Ensure delivery according to agreed KPIs, OPIs, and SLAs. Manage, monitor, and develop external operations contractors. Collaborate with property owners and their operations contractors. Be the operational contact point for operations and internal clients. Drive continuous improvements in operations and property management. Contribute to smaller projects and technical assignments. Read and understand drawings and technical documentation. Provide clear information about planned work in Swedish and English. Contribute to cost-effective, high-quality, and sustainable operations. We Are Looking for You If You Have Multiple years of experience in technical facilities management and property operations. Strong understanding of technical systems such as HVAC, heating, ventilation, cooling, electrical, and security. Experience with budget work, cost tracking, and financial management. Experience with KPI/OPI monitoring and SLA management. Good ability to read drawings and technical documentation. Excellent Swedish and English in speech and writing. Driver's license (Category B). You are technically skilled and analytical, but also someone who enjoys collaborating and building good relationships. You are confident in interactions with both vendors, technicians, and operations representatives, and have the ability to explain technical matters in a clear and pedagogical way.
