Now we are looking for a Senior Technical Sales & Project Engineer who wants to take a central role in our operations. About the Role In the role, you work closely with our customers and serve as the technical link between their needs and our solutions. You support the sales organization with technical expertise, drive quotation and order work, and participate in projects that can range from smaller deliveries to larger international assignments within, for example, hydropower and other process industries. The work is characterized by variety and significant responsibility. One day you discuss technical solutions with a customer or designer, the next day you follow up on projects, plan deliveries, or develop quotations. You become a natural contact point both internally and externally and have the opportunity to follow the business from idea to finished delivery. About You We are looking for you who have a technical education in, for example, mechanical engineering or equivalent experience from manufacturing industry, the energy sector, hydraulics, or related technical activities. You have likely worked in a senior technical role for many years and feel comfortable in dialogue with both customers, colleagues, and decision-makers. For us, technical competence is more important than your current title. Perhaps you work as a technical sales representative, project engineer, or specialist within a related field. As a person, you are curious, unpretentious, and committed. You have a natural ability to build trusting relationships and thrive in a role where collaboration is crucial for success. At the same time, you are self-driven and confident in your decisions and have the ability to communicate technical matters in a clear and business-like manner. We appreciate people who share their knowledge, contribute to a positive work environment, and see the value in succeeding together. You master Swedish and English in speech and writing and are experienced in working with business systems and digital tools. It is a merit if you have worked in Monitor.
