Do you want to work with senior systems development in an environment where data, analysis, and modern technical solutions are in focus? We are now seeking a systems developer for an assignment in Solna where you will be involved in developing solutions for data visualization and review. In this role, you will work closely with both business stakeholders, IT architects, and infrastructure teams to investigate and propose technical solutions that meet the business's needs and requirements for security and quality. The focus includes finding appropriate ways to visualize and review data through interactive solutions, dashboards, and other user-friendly interfaces. About the Assignment The client's business is in a development phase where work with data processing and analysis is gradually moving toward more modern, code-based approaches. R and Python are central technologies, and various solutions for visualization and data review need to be evaluated. Practical Information: Period: 10/12 - 2026 through 06/12 - 2027. Possibility of extension based on business needs. Scope: 80% Location: Solna Remote: The office in Solna is the main workplace, typically three days per week, with other days accepting remote work. During the first weeks of the assignment, more days on-site may be required. Travel: The client also has offices in Örebro; travel between locations will occur. Your Responsibilities Investigate and propose technical solutions for data visualization and review Develop and evaluate interactive visualizations and dashboards Work with R-based solutions as well as other relevant technologies and tools Assess and compare various technical alternatives based on business needs We are Looking for You If... You have several years of experience in systems development and thrive at the intersection of technology, data, and business. You need to be able to understand a need, evaluate different technical alternatives, and translate it into a practically functioning solution. Your Qualifications At least two years of experience with programming in R and Python within the last five years. Documented experience in designing solutions for data visualization At least two years of documented experience with ETL solutions and SQL knowledge within the last six years. Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing Meritorious You have at least three years of work experience, within the last six years counted from the last bid date, of the following competencies: Experience with development related to handling large data volumes Experience from assignments within a larger organization with more than 500 employees Experience working with SAS Experience working with Power BI It is also meritorious if you have worked in larger or complex IT environments where requirements for security, quality, and governance have been a natural part of development work.
