About the job
You'll be part of a team working on the Swedish Tax Agency's transformation to meet digitalization. The team is at the forefront technologically. Together, you'll work on solving tasks end-to-end where different disciplines such as requirements, development, testing, test automation, documentation, release, and deployment are involved. Work is conducted in an agile manner with frequent deliveries, great flexibility, and openness to change.
Our development environment offers exciting challenges and stimulates creative solutions. Our technical target environment is primarily Linux with multiple generations of technology stacks and platforms such as Red Hat OpenShift (microservices), Mule Soft with Anypoint Studio, and Oracle databases. We work with tools, technologies, programming languages, and frameworks such as Java, JUnit, Spring, REST, Bruno, Git, Gradle, SQL, Node, Vue, Angular, React, and TypeScript. Development is primarily done in a Windows environment.

You'll be part of the IT department, based in Sundbyberg.
About you
To do a good job and thrive with us at the Swedish Tax Agency, you need to be receptive, think innovatively, and take responsibility. In the work, good judgment and understanding of legal security and safety are important. You must also live up to our employee policy.
In this job you should:

- act consciously and professionally based on good self-awareness
- express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish
You should also have:
- completed academic education in computer science, systems science, or equivalent field, alternatively several years of current and relevant work experience as a systems developer
- several years of current and relevant work experience in systems development in Java
- current and relevant experience of agile development work, preferably in SAFe or similar framework
It is desirable that you have current and relevant experience with Java 17+ and Spring Boot. It is also desirable that you have current and relevant experience with Openshift Container Platform.
Good to know
During weeks 32 and 33, we have limited staffing due to vacation, which may result in somewhat longer response times. From week 34 onwards, we're back to normal and are happy to answer your questions.
The employment is permanent and can begin with a six-month probation period.
Employment with us may involve placement in a security classification. A security vetting with record check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before an employment decision. For some of our work assignments in security classification, Swedish citizenship is required.
