Are you an experienced systems administrator who thrives in complex Windows environments and is motivated by leading and coordinating a team? We're now seeking a senior specialist who wants to combine technical expertise with operational leadership in a business-critical IT environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for both the day-to-day operations and long-term development of the Windows platform. You'll become a key person in the team and contribute to creating structure, clear priorities, and effective collaboration, while working hands-on with modern Microsoft environments. About the Role You'll work in an experienced infrastructure team where close collaboration across different technical areas is a natural part of everyday work. The role involves operational responsibility for the team's planning and coordination, while you contribute your technical expertise in Windows, server operations, and automation. Your tasks will include: Planning and coordinating the team's daily work Prioritizing and distributing work tasks Leading meetings and following up on activities Developing and maintaining roadmaps and development plans Management, administration, and development of Windows Server environments Managing Exchange, MS SQL, and RDS Automation and script development with PowerShell Administration of VMware-based virtualization environments Working with SCCM, WSUS, and other management tools Incident management and 2nd and 3rd-line support We're Looking For Someone With At least 4 years of experience with Windows Server and client platforms At least 4 years of experience with Microsoft Exchange At least 4 years of experience with MS SQL Server At least 4 years of experience with automation work At least 4 years of experience with PowerShell At least 4 years of experience with VMware-based Windows environments Experience with SCCM, WSUS, or similar management tools Fluent Swedish and good English skills Desirable Experiences Remote Desktop Services (RDS) Ansible GitLab Work in larger operations or infrastructure environments We Believe You'll Succeed in This Role If You Have natural leadership qualities and enjoy coordinating team work Are communicative, unpretentious, and solution-oriented Can create structure and clear priorities even in a changing environment Enjoy combining strategic thinking with operational work Have a strong interest in technology and like sharing your knowledge Other Information Scope: Full-time Start: By agreement Location: Norrköping What Does It Mean to Work as a Consultant With Us?
