Are you an experienced security compliance administrator/officer who wants to help develop security compliance work and make a difference in critical societal operations? We are seeking two security compliance officers with broad expertise to support the security-sensitive operations within the National Board of Health and Welfare's security compliance organization. About the Position In the role of security compliance officer, you will work in a supportive, advisory, and training capacity across the entire security compliance area for the entire National Board of Health and Welfare organization. You will work with information security, personnel security, and physical security. You are an important support to both managers and employees and contribute to making security compliance a natural and integrated part of operations. You contribute to ensuring that applicable laws, regulations, rules, and internal governance are complied with. Examples of work tasks that may be included in the position wholly or in part, depending on your background and experience: - broad work with security compliance and development of the authority's security culture. - work with monitoring and control of security compliance. - support to the authority's security-sensitive operations, such as special security compliance assessments, suitability reviews, security compliance analysis, and position analysis. - participation in security interviews. - support in developing security compliance agreements and security compliance memoranda. - participation in work with physical security. - following developments within the security compliance field. - informing and developing and conducting brief training sessions in security compliance. About You The role requires personal responsibility, integrity, and the ability to independently drive work and development. In your work, you will serve as a sounding board to those responsible for various security areas as well as serve as an advisor and support to managers and employees at the authority. Since the role involves close contact and collaboration with different parts of the National Board of Health and Welfare's departments, you need to have good ability to cooperate, coordinate, and a working style that is communicative, attentive, and constructive. You are pedagogical and experienced in conveying knowledge about the regulations and legislation that affect systematic security compliance work. As a security compliance officer, you have good judgment, high security awareness, and a good ability to understand how regulations and laws affect the entire organization's operations. We are looking for someone who has - relevant university/college education or equivalent competence acquired in other ways that the National Board of Health and Welfare deems relevant. - several years of current practical experience in security compliance work, where you have worked with information security, personnel security, and physical security. - excellent ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish. - experience planning and leading work in workshop form and prioritizing your work effectively. It is meritorious if you have - current experience working with security compliance at a state authority in a similar role - current security compliance training - signal protection competence - experience working with change management and developing operations without being a manager. Good to Know The employment is a permanent position that begins with a six-month probationary period. The position is full-time. Your job title will be analyst. You will work from the office at Västerbroplan in Stockholm. In spring 2027, the authority will move to newly renovated premises at Solna strand. The position is classified and a security clearance with background check will be conducted before an employment decision is made. You must therefore be a Swedish citizen.
