About the Role
We are looking for two experienced and business-driven recruiters who want to take full responsibility for recruiting qualified specialist roles in IT, technology, engineering, and HR.
In this role, you will combine strategic consulting with operational recruitment and work closely with hiring managers to ensure the organization's talent supply. You will drive recruitment processes through their entire lifecycle, work proactively with search, sourcing, and candidate networks, and serve as a strategic partner on matters related to talent attraction, candidate market dynamics, and talent acquisition.
With a strong focus on quality, candidate experience, and business value, you will contribute to attracting and securing the talent that the organization needs to achieve its goals.
Responsibilities
Manage recruitment and staffing of specialist and management roles.
Drive processes from needs analysis to placement and follow-up.
Actively conduct search, sourcing, and market mapping.
Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
Present candidates and advise clients on recruitment and staffing matters.
Build and develop networks within IT, technology, engineering, and HR in the Stockholm area and surrounding regions.
Ensure high quality and positive experience for both clients and candidates.
Contribute with market insights and advice regarding talent acquisition.
About You
We are looking for an experienced recruiter with a strong business focus and a genuine interest in creating value for both clients and candidates. To succeed in this role, we believe you:
Have at least five years of experience in qualified recruitment, search, or talent acquisition.
Have experience recruiting within IT, technology, engineering, and/or HR.
Have experience in staffing and/or consulting solutions.
Are strong in sourcing, candidate attraction, and relationship building.
Have a commercial mindset and are driven by results.
Are accustomed to taking full ownership of your processes and deliverables.

We offer a consultant position through the end of the year with good potential for extension. We accept applications on an ongoing basis with selection occurring continuously throughout the summer, accounting for vacation and leave periods. Expected start date is no later than August 17.
