About the Role In this role, you combine an analytical approach with confident and autonomous leadership. You're responsible for gathering, structuring, and documenting requirements, while also driving the work forward and ensuring that solutions meet both business and technical needs. The role requires you to take ownership of larger wholes, drive decisions, and serve as a natural guide for both teams and stakeholders. You will: • Gather, analyze, and document requirements from business, IT, and other stakeholders • Work closely with development teams with a focus on integrations, APIs, data flows, and technical dependencies • Develop functional and non-functional requirements related to performance, security, accessibility, and operability • Plan, coordinate, and follow up on activities in ongoing initiatives • Facilitate workshops, drive decisions, and build consensus between business and technology • Ensure that solutions comply with applicable regulations and established practices • Contribute to developing structure, methods, and practices in both mature and maturing deliveries About You We're looking for someone who is confident in their expertise and experienced in taking responsibility for larger wholes. You have a combination of technical understanding, analytical ability, and solid leadership. You work independently but also thrive in close collaboration with teams, vendors, and the customer's organization. You have: • At least 7–9 years of experience in IT project management combined with responsibility for requirements analysis and requirements gathering. • Strong ability to translate business needs into clear, traceable, and testable requirements (functional and non-functional). • Experience driving IT initiatives from start to finish in complex system and organizational environments. • Practical experience using requirements management tools, including documentation, traceability, and requirements tracking. • Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or SAFe. • Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written. Desirable: • Relevant certification in project management and/or requirements management (Prince2, PMI, IPMA, IREB, or equivalent). • Experience driving digitalization, feasibility studies, or change management. • Experience working in the public sector or other regulatory-driven operations.
