Seemly Bygg & Fastighet continues to grow in Stockholm and Uppsala. We are now seeking a senior project manager who wants to drive qualified construction and real estate projects while helping develop our operations in the region.
You will become an important part of our team and work closely with clients, commissioning parties, and partners on some of the industry's most interesting construction and real estate projects. The projects vary depending on your experience and the assignments we carry out together with our clients.
As a project manager, you will work with, among other things:
Project management throughout the different phases of the project
Management of schedule, budget, and quality
Risk management and follow-up
Strategic and operational support to clients and commissioning parties
Bidding work
Development of client relationships and new assignments
About the Role

The position is a permanent employment with placement in Stockholm or Uppsala. Start date to be agreed upon.
About You
You have substantial experience from similar roles in the construction, installation, or real estate sector.
You enjoy taking responsibility, working in a structured manner, and driving projects forward. You communicate clearly, collaborate well, and build trust with clients, colleagues, and partners.
You enjoy meeting new people and see opportunities in interactions, both when it comes to developing assignments and creating new ones. With us, you get to be part of building, and in this role, it also means contributing to the business.
