Senior Project Manager with Commercial Responsibility For you who want to own the business, earn customers' trust and deliver projects that make a difference, we are now recruiting a Senior Project Manager for a client. You are the person the client trusts when projects are most business-critical. You build relationships, create business, and drive projects with the same obvious commitment. You thrive in meetings with people, are confident in negotiations, and have the ability to get customers, suppliers, and project organizations pulling in the same direction. The client is now seeking a Senior Project Manager who wants to take full responsibility – from calculations, quotations, and business dialogue to execution, inspection, and handover. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Project Manager, you will have a central role with responsibility for project finances, quality, schedule, customer relations, and commercial results. YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY • Drive projects from quotation stage to final delivery. • Responsibility for calculations, quotation work, budgets, forecasts, and project profitability. • Manage customer dialogue, negotiations, and commercial matters. • Establish, review, and follow up on contract agreements and terms. • Actively work with contract law issues according to AB 04, ABT 06, and AMA. • Manage risks, change order work, and changes during the project. • Coordinate design, procurement, logistics, and production. • Ensure quality, work environment, finances, and delivery accuracy. • Follow up on project results and report to management. • Build long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO • Have several years of experience in project management within construction, steel, infrastructure, industrial, or contract work. • Have experience with calculations, quotation work, budget responsibility, and financial follow-up. • Have good understanding of Tekla. • Have experience with contract law and good knowledge of AB 04, ABT 06, and AMA. • Are experienced in handling agreements, negotiations, change order processes, and commercial matters. • Have good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. • Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
