As Senior Project Manager, you will have a central role in the business where you are responsible for leading and driving projects from idea and business need to established production. You will be the link between several important functions and work closely with development, production, quality, procurement, marketing, and management to ensure that projects are executed according to established goals for quality, time, and cost. Your main responsibilities include: • Receive and quality-assure projects from the market and other parts of the business, and lead them through the entire execution phase • Plan, lead, and drive projects through the entire execution phase • Ensure that solutions are ready for production according to defined requirements • Coordinate cross-functional teams and create momentum in projects • Manage risks, priorities, and dependencies • Build decision-making materials and business cases for future initiatives • Contribute to the development of working methods, processes, and project management • Ensure a smooth transition from project to production This is a role for someone who wants to be close to the business. You are expected not just to plan and follow up on projects, but also to contribute operationally when needed to make things happen. Who Are You? We are looking for an experienced project manager with experience driving complex projects in a manufacturing or technically oriented environment. You likely have experience from, for example, manufacturing industry, process industry, food, medtech, or automotive industry, and are used to navigating between different stakeholders and functions. We believe you have: • Several years of experience in project management in complex operations • Experience driving projects from business or development phase to production • Good understanding of production processes and business development • Experience leading cross-functional teams • Ability to create structure even when all processes are not fully defined • Good knowledge of Swedish and English It is meritorious if you have an engineering degree, preferably in chemistry, mechanical engineering, or a similar field. As a person, you are confident, structured, and unpretentious. You have natural authority and create trust around you without needing to take up the most space in the room.
