Do you want to drive complex projects for one of the world's most regulated and technically advanced industries? We are now seeking an experienced project manager who wants to take a key role in deliveries to the nuclear power industry. This role is perfect for you if you have experience in complex project management within industrial operations and are motivated by working in environments where quality, safety, and technical understanding are critical to success.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for leading customer projects from project handover to final delivery. You ensure that projects are executed according to established requirements for quality, schedule, and budget while serving as a central link between customers, suppliers, and internal functions.
The projects involve technically advanced industrial equipment where customer customizations, documentation requirements, and regulatory requirements place high demands on structure and coordination. You work closely with functions in design, quality, production, and sales to ensure progress through all phases of the project.
You do not need prior experience from the nuclear power industry. What matters most is that you have a strong project management background, good technical understanding, and an interest in developing within an area with high demands on quality, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Your main responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate complex customer projects through the entire project lifecycle.
Ensure deliveries according to agreed objectives for quality, time, and cost.
Review, interpret, and manage technical specifications and requirement documents.
Coordinate project activities between different internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in quotation and costing work for customized solutions.
Ensure that documentation and quality requirements are met according to applicable standards.
Participate in inspections, audits, and customer meetings.
Contribute to the development and improvement of processes and methods.
As part of an ongoing generational transition, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced specialists and gradually build deep expertise in projects related to the nuclear power industry.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU:
Have several years of experience in project management within technical or industrial operations and feel comfortable driving projects where many stakeholders, technical requirements, and documentation requirements must be coordinated.
We believe you come from, for example, energy, process industry, pharmaceuticals, data centers, oil and gas, manufacturing, or other operations where quality, traceability, and regulatory requirements are a natural part of everyday life.
For this role, we would like to see that you have:
Relevant higher education or university degree in engineering or similar field.
Documented experience leading complex projects.
Good ability to understand and work from technical specifications.
Experience from operations with high quality and documentation requirements.
Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing.
Experience from the nuclear power industry is meritorious but not required.
We believe you are a driven and structured person who enjoys taking responsibility and creating momentum in complex projects. You have an easy way of building trust and collaborating with both customers and colleagues, while working solution-oriented and keeping focus on the project's goals. Furthermore, you are curious, communicative, and motivated by developing within a technically advanced industry with high demands on quality and safety.
Here you are offered a long-term opportunity to combine advanced project management with technically complex deliveries in a future-oriented industry where safety, quality, and sustainability are in focus.
