Social Services is embarking on a comprehensive digital development journey where modern operational support tools are essential to meet future needs. The implementation of a new operational system is a strategic initiative designed to improve quality, efficiency, and user-friendliness for both employees and residents. Working together with operational representatives, specialists, and vendors, you will help create sustainable long-term solutions that strengthen Social Services' mission.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for complex projects from planning through implementation and launch, with accountability for achieving the project's goals, timeline, budget, and quality. As a leader, you are structured, goal-oriented, and solution-focused, and can prioritize and make decisions. Your unpretentious approach makes you skilled at communicating, maintaining the bigger picture while managing details and dependencies in a professional manner.
